Yeap, you guessed it. This is one of the discarded illustrations from my book. I actually really liked this drawing. This is the best drawing I have done of Our Hero, to date I really love the way that the pavement benethe his feet is collapsing under his weight. Just how heavy is that damn elephant? LOLHell, as I look at it I might still use it for the story. It's a pretty cool image; don't you think? I know it is hard to tell what story this picture is trying to tell, but I think it stands alone pretty well. You can't really see the whole image, because my scanner is not large enough to capture the entire image. Sucks, huh?
Anyway, it's mother's day and yet another day that I will not be working on the book. Still, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all of you wonderful mothers out there. Much love from me and the entire cast of HERO in our Town.

I teach fifth grade and I know the kids in my school would love this. Can't wait to see it published! I just found a catalog for graphic novels at various reading levels to reach ALL kids. Your artwork is far better and more creative than others I have seen.
